Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were incredibly cozy and well-equipped, providing us with a great stay. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to ensure our comfort. The location was picturesque, surrounded by a charming Wisconsin town, although some interactions with specific staff members were not as positive. The dining options were satisfactory, especially at the Elk Room, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The rooms were like the coziest haven I've ever stayed in--and with very comfortable beds, cushy bedding, plus the convenience of a queen-size sleeper sofa, kitchen, and fireplace.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooms were conveniently located to 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool, spacious, and quiet, with a beautiful patio that was perfect for relaxing with friends. The service was professional, accommodating, and friendly. The location was surrounded by beautiful gardens in Elkhart Lake, although some areas needed renovation. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of choices, and the facilities were top-notch.
